1st CMO Company led by CPT BRAGANZA conducted Medical and Dental Mission at San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal on 18 March 2017 in partnership with Jesus is the Most High Ministries International headed by Pastor Deo, Passion for Christ Ministries headed by MsNenita Cunanan, I Learn Massage Inc., Army General Hospital headed by 1LT PRECIOUS JARLIN MACHINAR, and 1354th Dental Service, ASCOM, PA headed by MAJ REGINO C MAYOR. More or less 400 indigent residents of said barangay were given free check-up, free massage, free haircut and free eyeglasses.
On 13 March 2017, the CMO Battalion headed by LTC ALAN G ESPELA (INF) PA formally signed a contract of partnership with the Philippines Motorcycle Riders Community Organization Inc. headed by Ms. Jessalyn S Legaspi, the President, at Headquarters CMO Battalion, Camp Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. Both parties agreed to work hand in hand in giving basic services to the indigent communities of Metro Manila.
Elements of the CMO Battalion led by CPT BRAGANZA facilitated a free Medical Check-up and Free Tooth Extraction for the constituents of Brgy, Commonwealth, Quezon City on 04 March 2017. The activity was participated and organized by different stakeholders of CMO Battalion such as the Passion of Christ Nationwide Ministries, Inc. headed by Ms Nenita P Cunanan; AGH doctors led by 2LT KERBY MAE S LEGASPI; AFP Medical Center led by 2LT IELEEN ANN S RAMOS; 51st Engineer Brigade led by MAJ STEVENS N NAVATA (DS) PA; and, a team of therapists from I-Learn Center. The community service benefitted more than 505 individuals mostly women and children who received free reading glasses, free medical check-up, free dental service, free haircut, and free massage.
The 1st Civil Military Operations Company of CMO Battalion, PA led by CPT BRAGANZA participated the unity walk with theme “Walk for a Fire-free and Fire-safe Nation 2017” from BFP National Headquarters, Agham Road, Quezon City to Liwasang Aurora, Quezon Memorial, Circle Quezon City on 01March 2017. The activity was spearheaded by the Bureau of fire Protection and was also participated by other government agencies and units under the Joint Task Force–NCR, AFP.
As part of its current thrust to maintain discipline among its ranks, the CMO Battalion conducts regular Ranks Inspection at Headquarters CMO Battalion, CMO Group, PA. The objective of the activity which is held every Friday is to check the preparedness of the troops and their general appearance being the link between the military and the civilians.
