FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO, METRO MANILA – The 10th Bayanihan Medical and Dental Mission of this unit was realized and successfully concluded last May 10, 2012 with our noble Partner for Peace, the Passion for Christ Nationwide Ministries, who granted the request of TV 5 Network, the Alagang Kapatid show of Ms Sheryl Cosim for a partnership in the conduct of Medical and Dental Mission at Brgy Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

Brgy Holy Spirit was choosen by TV 5 Network for this Medical and Dental Mission because of the request from the Alagang Senior Citizen organization in this brgy who wanted to serve their fellow elders and other kabarangays in their own little way through the conduct of free medical and dental mission. That despite of their physical conditions, they wanted to be an example that you can do your part to be of service to your fellow Filipino people.

At the end of the activity, 1,170 beneficiary benefitted from this activity. This is what we call the “Alagang Bayanihan”.

With the series of news regarding the fallen soldiers who died in the performance of their duty through the conduct of Medical and Dental Mission for our less fortunate Filipino people, we, “the Soldiers’ for Peace”, of the Civil Military Operations Battalion, Civil Military Operations Group Philippine Army, felt the grief and pain of their family and friends they left behind. We knew that our comrades died with honor, dignity and pride in fighting for peace for our beloved country.

As one of the member of Civil Military Operations Battalion, Civil Military Operations Group Philippine Army, also known as “ The Soldiers’ for Peace”, once again, we are going to extend our helping arms for our country men in Barangay Barangka Itaas, Mandaluyong City, today, the 24th day of April 2012, for another Medical and Dental Mission with Operation Tuli.

FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – Soldiers for Peace from the Civil-Military Operations Battalion, Civil- Military Operations Group, Philippine Army under the leadership of LTC NASSER D ALONTO, will beat the summer heat today, 20 April 2012, by orchestrating the 7th Bayanihan Medical and Dental Mission in Brgy 169, Zone 15, District II, Tondo Manila in partnership with Passion for Christ Nationwide Ministries, the AFP Medical and Dental Doctors, other stakeholders; the Local Government Units of Tondo Manila, and civilian volunteers for our less fortunate countrymen at the said barangay.

FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – Through the continuous effort of the Civil Military Operations Battalion, Philippine Army to promote the Bayanihan Spirit and encouraging other stakeholders to support any civic action activities to benefit the less fortunate within the National Capital Region, another “Bayanihan Medical and Dental Mission” will be conducted at Brgy 180, Gagalagin, Tondo, Manila.
